NEWBURYPORT SUMMER SAILING PROGRAM

In order to enroll online in any of the AYC Sailing Courses, you must fill out this form. 2011 forms will be accepted as of March 15th.

Please fill out the form below and submit it electronically so that you can reserve a space in our upcoming sessions. Once you have submitted this application, you will receive an email or phone call to acknowledge your reservation. You will then be directed when to send your payment and include the Medical Release Form to the Sailing School Administrator. Once payment is received, you will be sent a confirmation by email or phone call.

Please check shirt size and program fee before submitting this form.
